【工作假期】第三步--辭工篇

我認為辭職是整個行程最容易，又可能是最難的一部分。

如果你覺得那份工吃力不討好，辛苦/老闆苛刻/沒有前路/經常OT，總之是負面又積怨，那就是輕鬆分手。

相反，好像我在公司打滾了一段時間，公司福利薪酬好，又有好同事，去工作假期的目的是增進見聞，那就是一大心理障礙了。

那當然，如果你決定了，那恭喜你。手續程序不可少，大公司知道你要離港，還要求你先辦妥退稅才可以拿最後一期糧。辦的手續是要自己去灣仔稅局，交完稅它會寄通知給公司和你自己，當公司收到才可以作準。

辭職不是跟公司分手，而是道別，可能他日你有機會要再投靠，要好好睇睇。

我用網上的範本左砌右砌了自己的辭職信，簡簡單單就可:

Dear [Boss surname],

I regret to inform you that I decided to resign from my present position as [job]. My contract end day is on [date].

Thank you for giving me a chance to learn and to gain the valuable experience in [company name]. I hope my resignation would not cause you much inconvenience.

Thank you for your kind attention and would much appreciate if you could let me have a reference letter before I leave. Once again, I would like to express my greatest gratitude and thankful to your caring in these years.

Yours sincerely,

[Your name]
